Yes. Self-pickup is available for most rentals, or you can add delivery, setup, and pickup for a flat $150 fee within Austin city limits. At this time, delivery outside Austin city limits is available only by special arrangement.

Absolutely. Many of our rentals are designed with convenient self-pickup in mind, making Brindis an affordable option for intimate celebrations and weekend gatherings.

Equipment will be reserved only after Brindis LLC has received

• Signed agreement

• Credit card on file

• 25% non-refundable deposit (Applied to Total)

• Remaining balance charged 7 days prior

• Reservation isn't confirmed until deposit is received

The remaining 75% is due 7 days before the scheduled customer pickup or delivery date. Brindis will send a secure payment request or may charge the authorized payment method on file. All balances must be paid in full before equipment is released or delivered.

The 25% reservation payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are responsible for the full reservation amount.

Rescheduling requests are subject to Brindis LLC’s availability. If approved, the new event date must occur within twelve (12) months of the original event date, and any payments already made will be applied to the rescheduled reservation. If Brindis LLC is unavailable on the requested new date, the cancellation policy will apply.

No. Brindis operates as a dry-hire service, which means clients are responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol. Our packages may include professional bartending, mixers, garnishes, cups, straws, and other service essentials depending on the package selected.

Yes. All Brindis bartenders are TABC-certified and professionally trained.

Absolutely. Every celebration is different, and we'd be happy to tailor a package to fit your guest count, beverage preferences, and event needs.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during spring and fall wedding seasons. Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Brindis is the Spanish word for toast—a celebration shared among friends, family, and community. It reflects everything we believe gathering should be: warm, intentional, and memorable.

Our package names are inspired by the traditional Mexican toast:

"¡Para arriba, para abajo, pa'l centro y pa' dentro!"

Often shared before taking a celebratory shot, the toast is a playful reminder to gather, laugh, and celebrate together. We loved the sentiment behind it and chose to honor that tradition through the names of our beverage packages.
